about

With a firm nod to the prolific post punk era that gave us the likes of PIL. Pixies, Stooges and
At the Drive In, Jake Moose’s ‘INDTIKO’ is clawing up the music industry cliff face with
bloody nails and a wet duffle bag full of “punk meets electronic” strapped to his back.
Moose’s strength is in his lyrical prowess. Semi-autobiographical intonation, coupled with
irony and splattered with social commentary - punched out by aggro vocals, reminiscent of
those early John Lydon days.
With a collection of Melbourne underground muso’s tending to the fusion of riffs, bars and
beats, don’t expect any tender loving ballads and Moose makes no apologies for kicking
down the door with his strident vocal style.
